1. Register your details and make payment
Complete our online enrolment form and make payment online to register. Upon registration and payment, you will immediately be able to commence the Owner Builder Course and / or White Card Course, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

2. Complete the Online Course
Our Online Course consists of 3 different Modules, and you will have instant access to small hints and guidance in answering each and every question, as well as the comprehensive Course Materials for each of the three Modules.

The Online Course can be completed in one day through an assessment only pathway, depending on whether you have any previous experience in the building and construction industry.

3. Your Certificate will be instantly generated online
Once you have successfully completed the Online Course, your Certificate will be instantly generated online for you to immediately access and download.
You will then be able to take our printed certificate along with your White Card to a NSW Fair Trading Centre to obtain your Owner Builder Permit.

More importantly, once you complete the Online Course, your Certificate will be valid for life, which means that if you later wish to become an Owner Builder a second or subsequent time, you do not have to re-do the Course again (subject to any changes in the law).
